Before Your First Appointment
Please complete your new patient forms before arriving whenever possible. Providing your health history, current symptoms, medications, and insurance information in advance allows our team to prepare for your visit and make the check-in process more efficient.
We Accept All Insurance Plans
All insurance plans are accepted at our office. Coverage can vary widely, so please call us to find out whether your plan covers care at our office. Our staff will verify your coverage and will be happy to explain your chiropractic benefits at no charge before you begin treatment.
For Those Without Insurance
Flexible payment programs may be arranged for patients with little or no chiropractic insurance coverage. If you do not have insurance or your plan does not include chiropractic benefits, there may still be an affordable way to receive the care you need. Many patients also choose to pay directly for their care.
